Paul is an entrepreneur and communication expert with a background in accountancy and IT. His extensive employment experience stretches from the post-room to the boardroom. A natural leader from childhood, Paul is a visionary who has run companies, departments, projects and teams in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations, always exploring new and creative ways of developing solutions and adding value for customers/members/users. He is highly IT literate and confident in his own intuition and analytical skills; seeing effective systems as a vital element of helping people in business, not only to succeed but also to fulfil their potential and remain engaged with its purpose and activity. He also has over twenty years experience as a consultant - facilitating change and innovation within organisations both in manufacturing and service industries, as well as the public sector.

Peter is a strategy and business systems transformation expert with a background in general and functional management and twenty years as a managing consultant. . He has a wide ranging knowledge of IS environments, architectures and an insatiable curiosity for leading edge technology but always with a view to the business benefit and the organisational impact. He has previously held posts as IT Director for a services group, Head of Transformation Consulting for a major outsourcing company, a Lead Principal for a “big 4” consultancy, and various senior management roles in quoted and unquoted companies. He likes to think of himself as the human, business focussed face of IT.
Simon Warwick - Director of Franchise Support
A forward thinking and detailed individual, Simon continually drives for success.Working in senior finance positions and then moving into business consulting for the finance function, Simon has extensive knowledge and understanding of business performance management.The past 20 years have been spent advising senior management teams to transform the collective mindset from “cost centre” thinking to one of “profit centre”.He fundamentally understands the provision of meaningful financial information using a “single version of the truth” approach and knows the practical means of ensuring secure and robust systems of control.Simon is an experienced change manager through mentoring, coaching and training, and he is an excellent team player, focusing on both business and staff performance.He has experience of large-scale projects, corporate trouble-shooting, business process re-engineering; he is also a skilled relationship manager across micro, SME and blue-chip organisations in the private and public sectors

Lynne is enterprising, driven, pragmatic and unflappable. Her background could hardly be broader, encompassing general commerce, personnel, nursing, and sales support in the “big ticket” software sales arena, to name but a few .Many of her more advanced skills have been developed through necessity - having to deputise for board-level or senior management bosses when she was their PA or senior secretary. Lynne quickly establishes rapport and engenders trust and respect within colleagues and 3rd parties through her alertness, thoroughness, uncanny ability to anticipate needs and developing situations.She has strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for improvement which have led her to be in demand as a leader/organiser in social situations and voluntary organisations. She can be uncompromising when required and has the ability to persuade others to go the extra mile to achieve ultimate success.
